This welding rotator has two types. One is self alignment model, and the other is adjustable model. It can suit for the diffrence diameter tank within the range and achieve the stepless speed adjusting under the setted welding parameter, which has the good character as small noise on the transmission and steady rotation for the working table.

Self-adjustable Turning Rolls can adjust the wheels' angle automatically as per the diameter of work-piece. The four driving Rollers satisfy different diameters. It has rubber and steel wheels together, whose carrying capacity is large and drive ability is strong. The speed adjusting way adopts VFD. It is low-sound and gentle turning.

Adjustable Turning Rolls includes Conventional Turning Rolls and Bolt-adjustable Turning Rolls. They can change the center distance by adjusting lead screw and bolt. They can be controlled by AC frequency inverter. The linear velocity is digital display. They have advanced technology and reliable quality.
