The hydraulic pair roller frame is mainly composed of a base, a driven roller assembly, a hydraulic cylinder and a hydraulic control system.
The hydraulic cylinder on the roller frame drives the roller seat to move in position to adjust the center height, left and right positions of the cylinder to align the two cylinders. After alignment, spot welding is performed on the joints of the two cylinders.
Each set of the hydraulic pair of roller racks consists of two identical driven racks. Each driven roller rack is equipped with two sets of hydraulic cylinders to drive the roller assembly system. The hydraulic cylinder is used to adjust the center distance of the roller assembly or move a certain one. The roller is used to align the workpiece. The hydraulic system uses a set of hydraulic pump stations to uniformly supply oil to each hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic cylinders can be operated and controlled separately, and each hydraulic cylinder can independently drive a roller assembly.
