H-beam Auto-assembling Machine
This machine's process including clamping and alignment of web and flange, automatic tack-welding is controlled with PLC. Main machine is driven by A.C.inverter, stable and reliable. Upper press-beam is guided thru left and right four rails, ensuring steady clamping of long time use.
Straightening Machine is the special equipment, which is mainly used for the flange plate distorion straightening. It includes mechanical and hydraulic two series for the customers' selection. Mechanical type straightening machine with simple structure, covenience operation and reliable ability; Hydraulic type straightening machine (DZ) with the large straightening capability, wide straightening range, high automatic degree, which is the first developed in domestic market. The straightening roller and powered roller is adopted good alloy steel with advanced heattreatment technology to ensure the long term runing.
