Usage:
It mainly assistant for large size structure part welding, can rotating in ± 180° And tilting in n× 360° .
Main functions
It has the function of rotating in ± 180° , tilting in n × 360° And lifting in vertical. The lifting function is optional.
If equipped with lifting device, the operation is more convenient. It can be assembled and operated in lower position and rotated in higher position, which make sure the welding seam always in perfect place.
There are radial T slots on the workplate surface for fixing workpiece. The rotation is adopted variable frequency regular in stepless, with large regulating range and stable operating, etc.
The tilting of workplate is controlled by worm and gear reducer transmission, tilting in n x 360° . The torque is large and equipped with self-locking function. The drive system adopts dual or single drive mode. It is also determined by actual situation. Dual drive has has the feature of small transmission gap and safe operation system, etc.
Lifting system is safety, reliable and precisely in positioning.
The structure is compactly, covering small space and operation is convenient.
It can be operated in any place by remote control box.
