YJ type Hydraulic Straightening Machine
Hydraulic type straightening machine is used for the angle distortion straightening of the H-beam with large thickness.Hydraulic cylinder presses from down side to up side tp up side,which has strong force and high driving torque and with gppd straightening efficiency and good quality.This machine is widely used for the fire electroc furmace,heavy duty steel structure construction,steel bridge,water power industry etc.
This machine is used for the straightening of H-beam flange plate after welding and distortion. It has mechanical and hydraulic two series. Mechanical straightening machine (HYJ-800),has simple structure and easy operated.Hydraulic straightening machine (YJ-60/YJ-80) has big straightening ability, wide range and high automatic standard. Wheel and roller adopt high quality alloy steel, can be used for a long term.
