Standard components:
1. body base: it is made from a rigid square tube steel structure which provides stability and safetyduring operation. The base is equipped with mounting holes to ensure stability of the equipment on
uneven ground.
2. foot pedal: used to control clamping and unclamping.
3. latch: manual lock the end of mandrel.
4. mandrel: it is mounted to the column, designed to meet the demands of application. It should
support weight of workpiece. Mandrel has water cooling and argon purge option.
5. tabletop: view the welding progress.
6. welding torch adjusting unit: pneumatic lifting device, torch mounting device and manual 2D
adjusting device.
7. control panel: HMI and control switches are integrated in control panel.
8. carriage: driven by AC motor and gearbox, bring torch mechanism and control panel to finish
automatic welding.
9. pneumatic center valve (option): align the seam/edge before welding.
10. guide beam: used as a support with guide rail for carriage.
11. pressure gauge: adjust pressure force for clamping bar
12. track support: support the guide beam, wire feeder and other parts on it.
13. electrical cabinet: inverter, driver, PLC and other electric parts
14. name plate: mention machine model, power, size, weight and manufacturer information.
