ZF Series longitudinal seam Welder is one of the standard product with hold down finger-type clamping device to provide consistent clamping force and chilling of workpiece, and absorb and dissipate additional heat from the workplace. This design can make sure weld free from meltthrough, shrinkage and distortion. It is designed to weld all weldable materials such as stainless steel, carbom steel, heat resisting alloy, titanium alloy. For application to from the material into a desired shape such as flat sheets, round tube, cone open ended cone and open ended box. It can be assembled with power supply and torch in application for TIG,MIG/MAG,PAW,SAW welding processes. |

It is Mainly designed to weld thin plate workpiece and can be applied for TIG (with filler) /MIG/MAG/PAW/SAW welding processed. It is specially design to minimize shrinkage and distortion of workpiece. |
