HB Welding Positioner
1. Overview:
This welding positioner is mainly used for the accessories and parts welding and assembling. It makes the workpiece at the suitable position for welding or assembling by the working table overturning and rotating, which is one of necessary equipments for the company manufacturing. During the manufacturing, it can improve the welding quality, reducing the workpiece moving time and the labor working force, which is one of best way to improve the working effeciency. This equipment has the advanced structure, easy controlling and convenient operation, and good for improving the welding quality, which is the ideal equipment to improving the welding quality.
2. The working condition and environment applying to products
2.1 working condition
2.1. 1 The Temperature Range of ambient air: -10º C ~ 40º C;
2.1. 2 The relative humidity of the air: The average max relative humidity of the max damp month is 90%;
2.13 The fluctuation of the electric network power: Within ± 10%( when the electric network frequency is the rated value);
2.14 The fluctuation of the electric network frequency: ≤ ± 1%(when the electric network power is the rated value);
2.2 working environment
This machine must put in a place where not have explosive and corrosive matter(such as industrial gasses, steam, salt mist and the Chemical accumulation ). These factors will severe Harm or affect normal using. And the machine must be far away from the violent vibration and jounce place.
4. Structure characteristics
Welding positioner mainly make up of the frame, workbench, rotating transmission mechanism, tilting transmission mechanism, conduction device and electric control system, etc.
4.1
Frame is welded structure and it is built-up by profile steel and steel plate. It installs tilting bearing block on both sides of wallboard. Frame is of whole welded structure, so it has the enough strength and rigidity.
4.2
The workbench is welded structure by steel plate. Table facet has special design to strengthen the rigidity. The workbench has several grooves with the same center, which can be used for orientation. On the workbench there are T groove to clamp workpiece. It uses T-bolt and auxiliary platen to clamp workpiece.
