Product Description
Welding positioners are generally composed of a worktable rotating mechanism and an overturning mechanism. By utilizing the lifting, overturning, and rotating functions of the worktable, the workpiece fixed on the worktable can be positioned at the desired welding and assembly angles. The worktable rotation is equipped with variable frequency and stepless speed control, allowing for satisfactory welding speed.
This series includes various types of positioners, such as tilt-type, head-tail rotation type, head-tail lifting type, head-tail tilting type, and double rotation type. They can be used in conjunction with welding operation machines to form automatic welding systems. They can also serve as peripheral equipment for robots, enabling welding automation. Moreover, special positioners can be designed and customized according to different types of workpieces and process requirements.
